Appliance Service Technician

Job Responsibilities for the Home Appliance Service Technician:

Work to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer

Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments

Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business

Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service

Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience

Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer’s home

Must be able to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed

Shift starts at 7:30am. Will take an average of 8-10 calls per day, with rotating Saturdays


More Details for the Home Appliance Service Technician:

EPA or CFC Certification Preferred

6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN APPLIANCE REPAIR REQUIRED

Will be repairing refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, etc

Newer model experience required

Must provide verifiable, stable work history

MVR check- Allows for no more than 3 moving violations in the last three years

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

Must have and provide own tools

30 day in-house paid training provided

Company vehicle provided

Base salary 36-42K/ year depending on location+ PERFORMANCE BASED Bonuses and Commissions

Typical Salary is about 55k/per year

Top techs are making 80-85K/ per year
