JOB IN THE MAKING - RESTAURANT MANAGER
INGREDIENTS:
The combination of strong work ethic, ability to communicate effectively, interest in management and restaurant industry and customer service skills are necessary for all of our managers. Our managers lead a diverse team in a fun environment. Our restaurant managers take ownership in the operations of the store by providing leadership, training and consistent decision-making skills. They make it their priority to recruit dedicated staff and generate increased sales/profits at the store.
PROCESS:
- Oversee all store operations while following store budget and building sales, customer and employee respect and profits.
- Supervise, recruit, counsel and train all staff on company operations, policies and procedures in a fun and respected environment focused on outstanding customer service for every sale, every day.
- Monitor staff schedule and hours to remain compliant with company scheduling policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory and order food/supplies while following company policies, procedures and cost control measures.
- Ensure all health, safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards.
- Inspect and ensure that all food products, staffing, equipment and customer service are consistent with company standards and policies.
- Go above and beyond to create a safe, fun and rewarding environment for the staff and customers.
- Monitor cash/security controls and procedures daily.
- Report all store operation details to Area Supervisor.
OVEN:
ESSENTIAL:
- 1-2 years RESTAURANT management experience
- GED or High School diploma
EXTRA:
- College course completion
- Interest or experience in restaurant/fast food management
- Display leadership and initiative with a positive attitude to management, employees and customers.
