Customer Service Representative in Call Center environment-Temp to Hire Opportunity
Position requires heavy phone contact with customers regarding order placement, management, and entry. Trouble shooting account dealing with any issues that might come up during order process. Taking orders and pricing units.Position also requires heavy data entry of information. Must be comfortable with inputting of alpha and numeric data entry. Working with different departments within the company including sales and distribution.
Position requires strong data entry skills
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Customer Service/Collections-Call Center
Extensive phone contact with customers is required for this job role. Making no less than 120 out-bound calls per day. Educate each customer in a professional manner regarding his or her contract responsibilities. Respond to all customer delinquency issues within 48 hours of their written or verbal request. Utilize warm transfers and appropriate openings and closings with each call.
Position requires
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
MS Word/Excel
Call Center Experience
Minimum Requirement of Associates Degree
Bachelor's Degree preferred
