Server/Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

Hale and Hearty WANTS TO MEET YOU!!  We will be in Boston on Saturday 11/1/14 and Saturday 11/15/14 at a table in Downtown Crossing (Summer Street bet Washing and Hawley, in front of Macy’s) and would love to see you!!

Who is Hale and Hearty? We are NYC's premier fast casual lunch spot featuring the BEST soups (all made from scratch!), creative sandwiches, and tossed to order salads. We currently operate 31 locations in NYC, and are very excited to open in Boston! We are looking for energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic members to join our team. Where is Hale and Hearty? Our 1st location in Boston is in the heart of the Financial District, 185 Franklin Street. There will be additional store openings in 2015. With our plan for growth and expansion, opportunity for advancement is available.

Restaurant Server /Cashier

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serving our guests their choice in soup, salad, sandwiches
• Providing EXCELLENT guest service
• Cash handling (if moved into cashier position)
• Restocking stations and sidework, including cleaning, sweeping and mopping
• Greeting and acknowledging each guest as they enter and exit our restaurant
• Standing on your feet for shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours

The ideal candidate should be:

• Comfortable with using a POS/cash register
• Outgoing, friendly and personable
• Experienced with high volume business
• Well-versed in providing excellent customer service
