Cocktail Server is a member of the Food and Beverage team that assists in ensuring that IHR customer service and beverages standards are met. Hospitable, welcoming, and friendly guest service are essential requirements of the position.

Promote and serve food and/or beverages to customers, ac cording to IHG standards and state laws in a safe, accident-free manner. Minimum one year of cocktail experience highly preferred. Must be 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages. Communication and hospitality skills required along with the ability to operate Squirrel machine. Full knowledge of state liquor laws, current Food Handler's and Class 13 permits are required. Schedule flexibility to work 2-4 shifts a week 4-12am or 5-1 am including Friday thru Monday nights. A minimum of two years' experience in high volume, high-end food & beverage operation is preferred. Hotel background a plus. Part time.
