About this job

90% of this position is at our customers sites. A professional, neat appearance is expected. A casual, outgoing personality is appreciated. We speak to our customers in a language they can understand.
Majority of this position is driving, you will be given a company vehicle.
Shift is:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
1 weekend a month is required
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent required
-Bachelors degree or 3+ years experience in the field or related area
-A+ CompTIA certification is a plus
-Willing to travel on a daily basis with company car
-Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
-Manual lifting up to 50 pounds
-Strong communication skills, organization skills and time management
-Independent work skills and able to work under deadlines
-Strong teamwork and customer relations skills
-Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time
-Any Dell/HP/etc certifications a plus
Basic skill sets will include:
-Operating System installations -- XP through 8
-Virus Removal
-Hardware and software installation and break/fix abilities
-Outstanding troubleshooting skills
-Technical knowledge of a variety of software programs -- Office, Outlook (very important) and handheld devices
Intermediate skill sets will include:
-Hands-on experience installing networks, servers and workstations
-Workgroups and domains
-Router Configurations
-Cabling skills
-Point of Sale (POS) systems
-Printer repair
-Security camera installations
