The Client Experience Specialist (CES) position is focused on ensuring each of our clients has a positive “Home Instead Experience.” The CES is responsible for promoting thorough communication and customer service at every step. The CES will foster healthy and professional relationships with clients and their families while promoting the Home Instead Culture to all those with whom they come in contact.
The primary responsibility of this position is ensuring continuity of client schedules and collaborating with our Care Consultant to maintain an effective Plan of Care for each of our aging clients.
The CES position is ever-evolving and requires an open and creative mind. Innovation and customer service are paramount. There is no typical day and the CES should expect new obstacles on a regular basis. The ability to work with others in a collaborative and sustaining environment is absolutely critical.
