The Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op, a community-owned natural foods grocery store serving the region for 40 years, is seeking part time experienced Deli Clerks.
Qualifications
● Deli clerks must have previous experience working in a fast-paced food service service environment
● Must be able to provide excellent customer service and enjoy working with the public.
● Must have excellent communication skills and work well on a team.
● Knowledge of natural foods and organic agriculture desirable.
● Must be able to lift/move up to 60 pounds.
Job Responsibilities
● Responds promptly to customer needs
● Responds to requests for service and assistance.
● Deli Clerk is responsible serving customers in a prompt, professional manner, making beverages, sandwiches and serving salads from the case.
● Maintain accurate and attractive signage within your department.
Schedule
● Part-time positions.
● Schedule will include weekends, early mornings, daytime and evenings.
● We offer a Fun, Friendly and Fantastic work environment, PTO, holiday pay, employee discount and potential quarterly bonus.
