L.K. Jordan & Associates are currently seeking a large number of Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Candidates MUST have experience in an inbound call center setting. Candidates should be available to work Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM or 11AM-8PM. Training for this position will start Monday, October 6th from 9:30am-6:30pm, training sessions will continue for 4 weeks.
Job description and requirements are as follows:
Candidates will be responding to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Providing callers with unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements. Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provider data elements within customer's application. Accurately performs all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions. Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution. Assists customers in the enrollment process. Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Background in health care, human services, or customer service. Knowledge of Texas health and social services programs, and geographical area is a plus. Experience in data entry and call centers. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
Non bi-lingual: $11.54/hour
Bi-lingual: $12.02/hour
