This position will report to the Quality Assurance Business Analyst Supervisor and be responsible for assisting with developing a complex and easily customizable structure of distributed front ends, centralized storage and standardized, customized and automated systems to support QA and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. The person must be able to work unsupervised and be able to quickly build and update databases, centralized warehouses and customized reporting. Must be able to work in an environment that requires quick-turn builds, modifications and customization for users.
  • Create and maintain quality assurance (QA) evaluation forms with advanced database systems, templates and tools.
  • Create and maintain QA evaluation databases, templates and tools used by all evaluators.
  • Create and maintain standardized, customized and automated templates, tools and reports for all users of QA and Workforce Management (WFM) information.
  • Create and maintain data warehouse connections to databases and reports.
  • Administer the warehouse, database and reporting structures for QA, WFM and Capacity Planning.
  • Maintain backups for contingency.
  • Administer size of on-line data and compile annualized data stores for offline use.
  • Assist with training quality, workforce management and capacity planning associates in the use of the automated structure.
  • Assist with building infrastructure processes necessary to support the automated structure (e.g., real-time staffing detail updates for all systems, permissions, etc.).
  • Assist with identifying, training, implementation and monitoring process owners and users in the use of systems in support of the automated systems.
  • Assist with designing and building SharePoint collaborative sites, pages and applications.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
  • Must possess 3-6 years related experience.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Access and SharePoint and is able to use and translate Visual Basic for application coding.
  • Knowledge in SharePoint Designer, database design, management and maintenance and HTML strongly recommended.
  • Able to quickly research solutions to programming issues/problems, works with a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, good critical thinking skills, good time management skills, good attention to detail, good continuous improvement and customer service orientation, and can successfully accomplishing assigned projects.
  • Strong presentation skills – ability to design charts and graphs and create displays of information that leads people to quickly grasp business intelligence from the presentation.
  • Travel requirements up to 10%.
