Description

Hispanic Execution Manager
Hispanic Execution Manager is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DSPG) Hispanic Portfolios. This position ensures the execution and activation of Brand Programs, Community Programs, and Brand Building Activities.

Location
This Hispanic Execution Manager position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the execution and activation of brand programs, community programs and brand building activities.
  2. Associate our brands with the Hispanic community while working with community leaders (i.e. Retailers, Lifestyle Influencers, Community Leaders, Local Media Partners, Event organizers etc.) to find and execute opportunities to weave Dr Pepper Snapple Group products into the fabric of the community.
  3. Deliver on the volume objective by effective/ cost efficient executions of promotions and events and executing the community strategy.
  4. Educate retailers and designated community about product, brands and programs.
  5. Assist in identifying and analyzing individual market nuances and trends and best practices.
  6. Own designated retail accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact in local markets to drive in-store activity.
  7. Contribute to team success by executing the Sales and Marketing Mission by being the lead Hispanic contact in the field.
  8. Responsible for working with the DPSG sales teams (such as identified Account Managers and District Managers) to partner with local bottlers to provide greater expertise, drive strategy and strengthen relationships with local Hispanic and General Market, Retail Accounts.
  9. Own program activation and execution in assigned accounts through internal sales team.
  10. Influence internal sales teams to drive additional volume and growth in Hispanic accounts by increasing points of interruption and gaining distribution and availability.
  11. Collaborate with our Warehouse Direct Partners to ensure execution of Hispanic Programs at store level.
  12. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products mix/space, new products innovation and merchandising techniques.
  13. Guide Point of Sale (POS) Standards to properly communicate with the Hispanic consumer.
  14. Alert Hispanic Market Managerof sales and lifestyle opportunities for execution.
  15. Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  16. Climb ladders and work merchandise at heights of 6 feet or greater


Administrative Responsibilities
  1. Hold monthly planning meetings with key contacts.
  2. Plan community partnering and sampling events.
  3. Contributes to the success of program by adhering to the deadlines & due dates for reports required.
  4. Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings with Branch management.
  5. Communicates issues and opportunities with Hispanic Market Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Account team.
  6. Provide Hispanic Market Manager with Market Summaries, weekly sales trackers, and weekly sales and promotional recaps with photos.
  7. Report all activity to identify success in the market.
  8. Contributes to creative ideation for promotions and events that are developed locally and executed in the market.
  9. Attends mandatory staff meetings.
  10. Track and monitor all assigned budgets.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • A minimal Educational requirement of an Associates Degree (or 2 years) from an Accredited University.
  • 4 years of outside Sales experience in a Marketing or Operations type role.
  • 3 years experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • 3 years leading internal sales team to drive objectives
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
  • Valid Driver’s License
