Our customer service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.

In this position you will be making inbound and outbound calls. On these calls you will be interacting with nurses, case managers and the member population. Research skills will be necessary as some complex health diagnosis are discussed over the telephone. Sensitivity to the retirement population is required. This is a team environment,  You have to be able to sit for long periods of time as this is a call center environment. You will have no direct reports and this entry level position will help groom you into a managerial position if you are looking for career growth opportunities. This is a very structured schedule with set lunches and breaks. You will be expected to be in your desk ready to work at 10:30 am.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Availability from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm M-F, and as needed for overtime.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing problems and solving customer problems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows based applications, which includes ability to learn new and complex computer systems and apply their use for phone and off phone.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Associate's degree or higher
