Primary Purpose: The Sanitation Clerk is an overnight shift that will be responsible for cleaning the food prep departments
Duties include but are not limited to:
•Clean and sanitize the Deli, Bakery & Produce department using approved chemicals
•Follow standard operating procedures & complete checklists
•Duties include cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, sweep, mop, clean walls, wash floor mats & clean drains
•Replenish supplies such as chemicals, soap & paper towels
