Description

REM Wisconsin is seeking caring, motivated individuals to support adults with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries in our Green Bay area group homes.

If you can answer "YES" to the statements below...we want to hear from you:

Have experience as a caregiver or the motivation to be one

Are 18 years of age or older

Have a high school diploma or GED

Have worked with individuals with Autism

Have a valid driver's license (1st and 2nd shifts required)

Own an insured vehicle (3rd shift have reliable transportation)

Can pass our required background checks

Can lift up to 50 lbs.

As a Caregiver for REM Wisconsin, a partner of The MENTOR Network you will:

Provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning

Distribute and administer medication

Provide our clients with personal cares

Accompany individuals on outings

Provide transportation for our clients to work or other activities

Support therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
