The Job Window is currently looking for success-driven applicants to fill a full-time position as a Customer Service Lead. This position will aid a premier firm in direct face-to-face interaction with customers at road show events and perform other duties in order to drive product sales and interest. He/she will also assist other marketing managers and leaders with marketing, advertising and promotional sales strategies for their high-end clientele around the nation.

The Customer Service Lead will be traveling to events and working inside the retail store for the road show events as well as the firm’s office on a daily basis. This is a full-time position with full-time hours. The individual will set up and manage events as well as execute innovative marketing strategies in order to create engagement with customers to maximize product sales.

Specific on-site duties during road shows include:
  • Provide regular interaction with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Answer and attend to any questions or concerns that customers may have about the firm, product or event
  • Manage product merchandising and visualization in order to attract customers
  • Drive sales by using creative campaign techniques and strategies to develop consumer interest
  • Perform on-site demonstration of products for customers and give brief explanations about the products
  • Develop professional relationships with clients, customers and office administration staff


Specific office duties include:
  • Working closely with sales and marking managers to coordinate and strategize different ideas on how to advertise different products that will cater to the clients’ needs leading up to the events
  • Keeping updated with new product knowledge and client acquisitions in order to successfully drive sales and achieve company goals
  • Attending employee meetings and discuss overall company goals and sales performance

Position Requirements

Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Reliable vehicle in order to travel from home to events and the office
  • Experience with sales or marketing but the firm is willing to train all hired candidates
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command of customer service skills
  • Patient, enjoys working with different kinds of people
  • Excel individually as well as in a team environment
  • A self-starter and not afraid to take risks!


This position does NOT participate in door-to-door sales, telemarketing or flyer distribution.
