Large Consumer Goods company in Byron Center is looking for an Executive Assistant for their Category Management team.

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will help the team of Category Managers and their staff by providing administrative support. Tasks range from creating customer and senior management presentation materials, managing calendars, and tracking/administering budgets. On a daily basis this person will be responsible for assisting in any high priority tasks for that specific day.

Qualifications:

  • Must have work experience in a Consumer Product Goods company
  • Must have experience utilizing an ERP software: Lawson and/or Peoplesoft
  • Significant prior administrative experience, preferably supporting sales professionals
  • Have excellent communication/follow up skills (written/verbal)

Additional Details:

The shift is M-F from 8am-5pm. Compensation for this position is dependent on experience level. The company is looking for someone to interview this week and start ASAP.
