Ivar's Salmon House is currently looking for line cooks with high-volume experience. Team members are responsible for preparing quality food items to order, as well as daily mise en place, and maintaining cook stations. The ability to contribute to the culinary creativity is always appreciated.
Qualified candidates must have:
* Two years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen
* Ability to work multiple stations, including saute, broiler, fryer, and pantry
* Excellent knife skills
* Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain food and health standards
* Must be available to work weekends and holidays
* Valid food handler's permit
