Position will support management team with inventory and product data, running of Excel and Access reports and data research and analysis. If you enjoy working with numbers, figures and utilizing Excel this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
• Research information and interpret data on Excel spreadsheets
• Compile and input company product information into client specific databases
• Prepare, process and distribute monthly reports
• Assist management team in consolidation of all data from large computer conversion
• Work with manufacturers to gather product information to include in the master product file database
Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent business experience required
• Must possess Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Access desired
• Demonstrated ability to learn software programs quickly based on previous performance or experience
• Accounting or financial experience a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Desire to contribute to process improvements
Salary 15.00 per hour
