PrideStaff Financial is a division of PrideStaff, a national staffing service founded in 1978. We are currently expanding our staff in the Chicagoland area, and are looking for individuals to share our mission: Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most. A background in sales, recruiting and/or accounting experience is required. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

Description:

A Staffing Consultant with PrideStaff Financial specializes in recruiting, sales and staffing accounting and financial positions. Recruiting includes building and maintaining a network of accounting and financial candidates, interviewing and career coaching. Sales responsibilities include growing a client base through inside sales calls and outside sales visits. In the staffing role, the focus is on assuring great client experiences by making the right accounting and financial candidate matches in temporary and direct hire positions. Our consultants are responsible for planning and managing their business to achieve specific growth goals.
