Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform payroll reconciliations for employees and contractors


• Responsible for exporting the approved time and expense and uploading them into Costpoint Resolve, audit, verify labor reporting issues


• Assist in new hire set-up, including seat assignment and user security


• Respond to employee labor reporting questions


• Participate in employee training sessions


• Support internal and external audits


• Special projects as assigned


• Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses


• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and/or 4+ years of professional accounting experience


• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint


• Experience with CAS, FAR, DFAR
