Spartan Staffing is currently hiring several Millwork Professionals in Clearwater, FL. Outstanding opportunity – Temp-to-Perm position!


Job Description: Individuals will be responsible for working on different millwork projects within the Tampa Bay area to include working in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. These projects include working in the hospitality, marine, restaurant and construction industries.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour based on experience!
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift – Mon – Sat – at least 40 hours per week!


Job Requirements
• Read shop drawings and make cut list from drawings
• Experience with nail guns and screw guns and assembly of cabinets, bars, dividing walls, book shelves, waitress stations and reception counters
• Operation of table saws, sliding table saw and chop saws
• Experienced with pocket cutter and biscuit or domino machines
• Some experience on computer cutting saws (all saws are a little different – selected candidates will be taught on specific make and model saws)
• Operation of jointer, planner and wide belt sander
• Experience with wood glue up and clamping (clamp carrier)
• Boring, layout and installation of European hinge hardware
• Drawer slide installation
• Operation of edge bander and shaper
• Experience with veneering and laminating
• Ability to travel outside the state if required
