Technician - Full-time / Part-time

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking an Electronic Technician - Industrial to help support our client's team. The pay rate is $12/hr. Description: * Perform a variety of cleaning operations using high pressure washing and sand blasting equipment, flushing equipment and chemical solutions to thoroughly clean or remove organic and /or inorganic coatings and residue from turbo components and parts. *Perform duties of maintenance and cleaning throughout the workshop areas *The candidate must be fully engaged to support all regulatory Quality, Environmental and Safety Standards. Responsibilities * Using high-powered cleaning equipment (eg. high pressure washer or sandblaster) and/or chemicals, the technician's responsibilities will include blasting, scrubbing, pressure washing, polishing, and thorough checking of results to meet the required goals as set by his supervisor. Work Environment *Work typically involves using safety equipment and clothing to ensure personal and environmental safety requirements. Skills/Education *High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. *Mechanical aptitude & skills preferred *Previous experience working within aviation, automotive, or related industry highly desired. *Lift up to 75 pounds. *Work for long period of time in a standing position in order to blast, wash and rinse parts. *Wear full personal safety gear to protect against chemical and/or abrasive media exposure. *Be around chemical solvents for eight hours and overtime on a daily basis (i.e. non-allergic).
