About this job
* Ensure timely delivery, quantity, and appropriate cost of parts as necessary to support production, engineering and other departments.
* Evaluate opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, and to reduce shortages or excess inventory.
* Perform effective and efficient new product transitions-minimize obsolete inventory on the old product and quickly bring in the new product parts.
* Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
* Monthly account reconciliations.
* Support corporate cost saving and negotiation initiatives as requested.
