As an Inspector for our client, your precision measurements and inspection are critical to the smooth production of its products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; *Visual and cosmetic inspection of parts to confirm built to print (i.e. no scratches, dents, dings, discolorations) *Hardware inspection of parts including helicoils, keenserts, and pins Previous work in Quality Control Inspection *Communicate with internal departments of any rework requirements *Travel to offsite suppliers to confirm parts are acceptable *Communicate with suppliers any rejections *Report any rejections and opportunity for improvements Your day will be challenging, exciting and satisfyingly productive. The position includes the following qualifications: *Previous work in Quality Control Inspection *Ability to read a print and understand company and customer requirements *Understanding of secondary processes such as plating, anodizing, annealing, brazing, epolish, and chemical cleaning *Knowledge of measurement devices such as calipers, multimeter, profilometer a plus *Valid Driver's License and working/reliable vehicle *Proficient with Microsoft Office platform (word, excel, powerpoint) You can see it.
