Team Leader for Customer Service Department - Full-time

Coworx Staffing in Marlboro, MA is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Sterling, MA

Must be available to work Monday - Friday 11:00am-8:00pm or 8am-5pm

Job Requirements:
Manage and coach a team of Customer Service Associates to ensure the effective delivery of sequential, ongoing narrative of the companies programs through instruction and training. Analyze account lists in an effort to promote growth and coordinate customer visits and
presentations.

Responsibilities
-Conduct individual one-on-one coaching sessions
-Monitor sales rep calls for quality
-Analyze team members account development
-Aid in the planning and delivery of weekly group training/meetings
-Calculate and submit weekly timecards
-Plan and conduct offsite customer visits
-Plan and conduct web presentations

-Prior experience not required; training provided
