About this job
Accurately input advertising contracts in order to produce precise commercial logs, which in turn produces accurate billing. Manage inventory so that all available time can be sold. Manage all billing to clients and may oversee all AR. This position will also be the receptionist and main phone operator for the stations in addition to the First Impression! In addition, administrative duties may be assigned as needed by the GM, BM and sales staff as needed.
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher, MS Outlook and the Internet. Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple interruptions on a constant basis without losing scope of the projects still needing to be completed.
The right fitting personality for this opportunity is enjoyment of media, strong variety of work flow, computer literate, lots of energy and speed in which to accomplish 40 hours of work in 30 hours. Will interact with 11 personalities and and be happy to do so.
