Our client in Annapolis Junction, MD is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their HR team and the Safety department.
This is a new role and they are hoping to groom this person into the HR assistant that is going to be assisting the HR Manager in basic benefits administration, recruitment of carpenters, laborers, skilled and unskilled labor, and I-9 administration. Will start this person out solely as a Support role to split time within the HR department and safety team responsible primarily for keying in data into their system.
This person must have very strong Data Entry skills and very strong communication.
Experience in a Construction environment is a huge plus.
Experience with HR is preferred.
