About this job
Crew Leaders are responsible for store supervision, limited training, customer experience/service, cash management, and opening/closing of the store. We are looking for individuals willing to work at least 20 hours per week, up to 35-38 hours per week. Crew Leaders starting pay is $8.50/hour plus monthly bonus - up to $50/month.
Crew Leaders should have some restaurant experience and be vocal enough to actually lead a crew and delegate responsibilities. Additionally, I'd hope that they may have aspirations to move up the ladder to an Asst. Mgr. position or possibly a GM role down the road.
