HOME HEALTH AIDE

Alipio Quality Homes, Inc. needs F/T Home Health Aide for its facility in Anaheim, CA, to provide direct personal care to elderly patients by monitoring patients' pulse, temperature and respiration. Administer patients' oral medications based on the prescribed written instruction of the physician or as directed by a nurse. Assist patients in moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or vehicles as well as in dressing and grooming. Keep records of services performed and patients' condition to report and discuss with immediate supervisor. Provide patients with emotional support and companionship. Entertain patients by talking, reading and playing cards or board games with them. Accompany patients to their doctors' appointments and any other trips outside the facility. Perform other duties as requested by patients like running errands and getting household supplies. A company owned vehicle and provisions for light snacks will be provided. All expenses (100%) will be covered by the employer. 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays, @ $20,197/year.
