This position is responsible for quick, timely delivery of orders within our 20 story hotel.The ideal candidate for this position
- has a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- has knowledge of all menu items and accompaniments
- is able to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items
- has basic English-language communication skills and can actively listen for guest requests
- can operate a keyboard to input Point of Sale procedures
- will convey attentiveness and genuine care
- must present positive solutions and suggestions
- can maintain a calm demeanor during stressful situations and emergencies
