Spartan is currently hiring Machine Operator-Powder Coater in Sarasota, FL. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a great company! Job Description:

• Prepares surface of components and large weldments by removing burrs, slag, rust and scale
• Hang parts on rack
• Use wide variety of equipment
• Wash, dry and apply powder coating
• Inspect part for defects
• Preparing product for shipping
• Fast-paced environments

Job Requirements:

• Lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use tools of the trade
• Attention to detail and quality controls
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Background check, and drug screening required
