The Accounts Payable Clerk will work within the OptumRX department and be
responsible for matching pharmaceutical drug invoices with inventory receivers
and entering invoices into IRIS. There is light filing involved as well. There
will be special projects assigned as needed.  The team is currently 4 in
the Accounts Payable department.



Primary Responsibilities:



  • Matching
    pharmaceutical drug invoices with inventory receivers.
  • Following
    up on unmatched invoices and receivers.
  • Entering
    invoice batches into IRIS.
  • Reconciling
    the differences between what has been invoiced against what has been
    received.
  • Working
    with pharmaceutical drug vendors to research inquiries about payments and
    disputes.
  • Partnering
    with the inventory teams in both Carlsbad and Overland Park on inventory
    received.


Requirements



Required
Qualifications:



  • High
    School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+
    years of experience working in a Data Entry position, as well as the
    ability to do 10-Key by touch.
  • Ability
    to perform data entry and use sort/filter functions in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability
    to create correspondence and work within templates
    in Microsoft Word.
  • Ability
    to email and manage a calendar within Microsoft Outlook.


Preferred
Qualifications: 



  • Bachelor's
    Degree.
  • Any
    Accounts Payable experience.
  • Any
    experience with ERP systems.
