As a Senior Customer Service Representative you're responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. You'll provide direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Respond to complex customer calls
  • Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
  • Benefit and Eligibility information
  • Billing and Payment issues
  • Customer material requests
  • Physician assignments
  • Authorization for treatment
  • Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • Extensive work experience within own function.
  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
  • Works independently.
  • May act as a resource for others.
  • May coordinate other's activities.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Work Shift: Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 6:00 am to 9:00 pm (Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site, which may include weekends and holidays )
  • The ability to work in a Windows based environment (including Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
  • 2+ years call center and or customer service experience are required
Assets:
  • Associate degree 
  • Knowledge of HMO/PPO/Medicare Plans/benefits and medical terminology is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
