Document and Schedule Control Adm.

Position will be responsible for compiling and maintaining construction documents and schedules issued and used. Will be responsible for review and compile estimates contract documents. Maintain and distribute into one up to date set of contract drawings to be utilized by team members. Update and maintain documenst through the life of the project. Post information of changes throu PROCORE to affected departments. Prepare requests for reproduction of documents. Upload or download submittal packages/construction documents for all project to appropriate detailers, sublet detailers and vendors. Serve as backup in operation of reproduction equipment. Document verification, interface with Project Managers to initiate, update and maintain schedules and related documents.
