Staffmark currently has an opening for a talented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant in San Ramon, CA supporting a leading petroleum conglomerate in the Bay Area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing material and reports, maintaining workflow, providing requested information, maintaining appointment schedules, completing projects, developing filing systems, monitoring and reconciling expenses, maintaining records, compiling project results, and contributing to the overall operation of the company.
The ideal candidate will have administrative writing skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, professionalism, problem solving, excellent communication skills, organization, time management, data entry skills, and will work with in a team environment. Experience working with SAP and within a Finance or Procurement department would be best.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and two to four years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
