About this job

Manufacturing and distributing company in the Avon area is seeking a full time customer service representative.

***Experience with responding to 100-200 customer emails per day.
 Enters orders and create invoices from customer purchase orders and process web-based orders within a 1-1/2 hour window. (Majority of job) 50 - 100 per day.
 Maintain and input contracts into our system as received.
 Detailed oriented with multi-tasking ability. Handle work load with a high degree of accuracy.
 Answer customer phone calls and makes follow-up calls to support the sales team members.
 Verify receipts for customer orders.
 Create and enter quotes for the sales team as received.
 Create and send out individual sales collateral packets (catalog/welcome packets) for sales team members.
 Work with sales managers to create and update individual manufacturer dealer prices sheets and send them to customers when applicable.
 Work with sales team members to update the database with current customer information.
 Back-up the receptionist during lunch and breaks, usually one day per week but also when time off is scheduled.
 Other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned as the job requirements dictate.
