Education Advisor - Full-time / Part-time

One of our clients in the Boca Raton area is looking for a few Education Advisors to join their team. They are looking for motivated individuals with at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a call center environment. The job description is as follows:

Schedule:
11:00AM - 8:00PM or 12:00PM - 9:00PM, Monday through Friday


General Purpose of Position:The purpose of this position is to generate leads for potential students looking to further their education. This position is not totally cold calling, as the potential students have previously asked to receive more information. With that being said, ideal candidates should have experience working in an outbound call center position.

Education/Experience/Other Requirements

Qualified candidates must have an Associate's Degree
Minimum two (2)+ years experience in consultative heavy outbound or inbound Call Center/Sales environment (T-mobile, Amex, IRT, Inktel Direct)
Proven track record in a sales incentive based structure
Problem solver, analytical and advanced negotiations skills
Excellent verbal/written communications skills and organization
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Will be responsible for roughly 100 calls per day
Must be very articulate and able to talk to customers that are very professional and home owners.
