Customer Service Representative - Retention Department - Full-time / Part-time

We currently have a great opportunity for professionals with excellent customer service experience to work at a local call center. This is a 100% inbound retention customer service call center. No outbound calling is required. Customer service representatives will be taking calls from customers who want to cancel their subscription and your job is to save them as a customer. Must have previous customer service experience, plus have the ability to work with various computer systems and type a minimum of 30 words per minute. Must have sales experience including up-selling and cross-selling products, strong listening and probing skills, ability to retain customers and solid problem solving and decision making. Call center experience a plus. This position will pay $9.82 an hour and is starting at the end of August/ early September. Must be able to work any shift from 7:00am-9:00pm seven days a week and overtime as needed. Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, be over 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
