Aerotek is currently seeking a customer service rep with FORD automotive experience!

Job Duties:

-Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timeley manner.

-Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

-Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing both EDI and manual methods.

-CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FORD automotive experience.

-Acts as point of contact for customer communication and customer relationship development.

-Reviews changes in firm orders and forecasts and initiates required action for response to customer and informs appropriate personnel/departments.

-Maintains master records for customers

-Confirms orders to customer untilizing appropriate means of communication (customer website, portal, email, etc)
