2nd Assistant Manager - Jimmy John's

Jimmy John's is looking for qualified PIC's (People in Charge) and Assistant Managers. All our General Managers and Area Managers are strictly promoted from within the ranks so if you have some management experience and want a career at Jimmy John's this is the place to start! Jimmy John's PIC's and Assistant Managers must complete our 3 week corporate training program, after which they will enjoy a competitive salary, generous profit sharing bonus plan, paid time off, additional training, growth potential and a stable management chain.
The 2nd Assistant Manager will operate and lead shifts when the General Manager and 1st Assistant are not on duty. Managers are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service.
Basic Criteria:
-Great customer service skills
-An infectiously enthusiastic and HIGH ENERGY attitude
-Able to hustle and carry a sense of urgency
-Able to work flexible hours without any problems.
-Must be available weekdays and weekends.
-Must have some experience in the Service / Hospitality Industry.
-Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
-Must be authorized to work in the United States.
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must maintain a clean and neat appearance
-May not have any visible hand, neck, or head tattoos
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test upon arrival to training
- Must remain committed to company for a minimum of 1 year following training
-Able to keep yourself focused & on-task without constant direction
-Most importantly must lead by example!
