Customer Service Representative
Three month contract beginning immediately
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5
Pay: from $12/hour

Position Purpose / Summary: Responsible for providing order management support for the Customer Service Department. Ensure that all customer orders from are reviewed for integrity and processed accurately and timely. Coordinate special order requirements with the Customer Service team to insure that customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities:
Identify specific customer needs
Proactively communicate with customers
Work with internal sales and marketing team to provide exceptional service
Process all manual orders received via fax, phone and e-mail same day of receipt
Review entered orders for accuracy and integrity
Assist with memo entry for all customers in Latin America, Europe and Middle East
Communicate with other departments and facilities to serve both internal and external customers
Assist with special projects
Track and maintain order status


Education/Experience Requirements:
High School diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Background in customer service environment with prior experience in the automotive aftermarket is desirable
Bilingual in German preferred

Skills:
Data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Reliability and good work ethics
Strong focus to detail
Deductive reasoning / logic skills
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible to change, and willing to initiate tasks
Competent in Microsoft Office software
Working knowledge of internal organizational structure
