Positions in this
function are responsible for training within Provider and Member Services. Trainers
within this group may train outside of specialty, as needed. May also be
involved in the instructional design process.



 



Primary
Responsibilities:



  • Trainers will be responsible for meeting
    department and MBO goals. 
  • Extensive work experience within own function.
  • Work is frequently completed without
    established procedures.
  • Works independently.
  • May act as a resource for others.
  • May coordinate scheduling of training classes
    and coaching sessions
  • Ability to drive site metrics through training
    materials covered and subjects.
  • Accountable for leading training new hires,
    current employees, and training new subjects as needed.


Requirements



Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be capable and willing to travel up to
    25%
  • 1+ year previous corporate training or
    coaching experience
  • 1+ year experience working with MS Word, Excel,
    Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience reporting
    training/coaching results
  • Previous experience with public speaking,
    presenting, and/or facilitating large meetings (20+ people)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience with MyMetrics
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Experience working with Medicare and Retirement calls.
