role is responsible for leading a group of project managers who support the claims
administrative system in Insurance Solutions of Medicare & Retirement
(COMPAS). The manager must work with the team to support the business by
representing the operation on projects, system and process changes, testing and
problem resolution as it relates to our claim administrative system, COMPAS.

This
role is responsible for leading a group of project managers who support the claims

Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Motivates
and inspires team members - Set

as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues; solve problems and develop
innovative solutions - Conduct
and manage outcomes of various projects that include analyzing, reviewing,
forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business
planning. - Support
short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing,
enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. - Work
within Operations and collaborate with managerial peers to address business
needs of department
This position is located in the Horsham and Allentown, PA area.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years
Project Management experience - 3+ years team
management experience - Bachelor's
degree OR HS Diploma / GED plus 4+ years equivalent experience
Preferred Qualification:
- COMPAS
experience
