Precast Production Worker Job Description

Precast production worker will be under the direction of the team leader and production supervisor, builds high quality concrete components, maintains positive communication, always strives for best practices, always conscious of safety, takes pride and responsibility for the work that is done and product that is created. Required to understand and practice 5S method: sort, store, shine, standardize and sustain.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Commit to understanding and utilizing 5S methods: sort, store, shine, standardize, sustain
• Maintain safe work environment; follow company safety policies and procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Understand and practice guidelines in company Quality System Manual, PCI Manual, NYS D.O.T. Quality System Manual, and any state specific and/or job specific guidelines and job books
• Attend meetings and/or training sessions as required; possess willingness to learn new techniques and obtain new certifications and skills 

Job Requirements

• Frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, climb and reach
• Laundry worker lift up to 50 – 80 lbs
• Very fast pace environment

• Relevant experience preferred

• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour

Shift/Hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
