About this job
We specialize in commercial buildings such as schools, churches, tennant finishes, and retail buildings in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. We are currently looking for a superintendent with 6 months to 1 year expereince that has an ability to run and manage commercial jobs from $1-$5 million and if they have experience running up to $10 million jobs that is preferred. Most of our superintendents on smaller projects should have a carpentry background and still help out when they are needed. This candidate will be responsible for managing all the subcontractors that will be on site and managing the schedule.
