Your duties may include:
*Answering inbound calls and inquiries
*Providing superior customer service
*Entering requests into a data management system
*Documenting conversations
*Resolving complaints and issues
The successful candidate:
*Has proficient computer and typing skills
*Has High School Diploma/GED
*Has a pleasant, professional phone demeanor
*Is dependable with strong attention to detail
*Has prior experience in the customer service field
*May have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, medical terminology, insurance plans, medical billing (this is a huge plus!)
This is a full time, long term opportunity with a Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm schedule.
