About this job
Be part of an exciting internal service desk group within Manpower's Corporate office! This group is growing and needs additional service desk agents to assist Manpower Associates, Candidates, Staff and Clients. The primary role of the Manpower Service Center Agents is to assist and support Manpower's most valuable assets - our on-the-job Associates with ensuring their time and pay are processed appropriately!
Our service desk agents must have the following skills:
Good Customer Service - ability to stay empathetic but control the call
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Effective listening skills
Preferred skills, education, aptitudes:
Ability to work shift hours as workload requires
High School diploma required.
Enjoys working as a team, but able to work independently as well.
Ability to troubleshoot problems without a script
Bilingual is a plus-English/Spanish
Service Center is open Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, 8.5 hour shifts (with 30 minute lunch). No weekends
