Cagney's Kitchen is one of the growing restaurant groups operating in North Carolina, proud for our quality homemade food and outstanding friendly customer service.
We are looking to expand our kitchen team in Wilkesboro Location and looking for professional Line Cooks (pizza/pasta makers; grill and fry cooks) at all levels with experience in family homemade food restaurants, friendly and hard working cooks who have a good knowledge in food industry and safe food handling. Please apply if only have experience working in a commercial kitchen for a minimum of 2 years
Your responsibilities:
*Cooking food products using grill, broiler, or fryer, pasta dishes and pizza
*Assemble sandwiches using the proper amount of condiments
*Wrap or package products
*Clean, slice, and prepare produce to meet business demand
*Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
*Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
*Clean, organize, and restock all stations
*Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
