Customer Service/Inside Sales Lead

CoWorx is currently recruiting for Customer Service oriented positions for a large manufacturing company in Sterling, MA.

Responsibilities include:

Grows sales through assigned customer base
•Spends a minimum of 24 minutes per hour on the telephone with customers
•Delivers targeted messaging to customers
•Applies a prescribed call method to all sales calls
•Uses specific, focused messaging techniques
•Uses Avante (CRM) programs in support of his/her sales effort

* Is team lead for sales team- coaching, promoting, team buliding

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
