Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Project Management for System Operations as a result of integrations, optimization, process improvement, or remediation of issues.
Service Catalog
Sharepoint
Compliance (Audit/IRM)
Commercialization

Lead M&A integrations for System Operations
Establish a repeatable process that takes into consideration systems, processes, strategy and people to ensure integrated staff can quickly be productive to drive business outcomes
Account for variables such as funding, timing, etc.
Establish and maintain an integration scorecard
Organizing, presenting, and communicating benefits, problems, issues, or ideas to stakeholders
Lead the discovery and negotiation for process replace, elimination of non-core work, Information Risk Management/Audit assessment, staff mapping, and resource analysis
Acts as liaison between System Operations, Application, Technical Support, CIO and Infrastructure Operations Performance/Metrics teams as necessary

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in an IT Operations leadership role
Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts
Knowledge of ITSM practices
Excellent analytical and technical skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects/efforts on time and on budget with a focus on quality
Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems
Experience in employee relations, communication, team leadership, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Must be able to work in the Plymouth office.


Assets:
Previous experience managing a remote team of resources including offshore team members
Previous budgeting experience
Previous Healthcare industry experience
Green Belt in Six Sigma
